Offer core day to day banking facilities to existing and new customers of Bendigo Bank. All transactions are processed using a ‘real time’ web based program, including the ability to open accounts and perform account enquiries. Cash and Cheque withdrawal limits do apply. Proceeds of cheques will not be available until cleared.

Online Agent
Offer a range of on-line banking services similar to branches including account opening, EFTs, bank cheque purchases, foreign exchange, Rural Bank etc, meaning that customers can deposit to their account and access clear funds immediately via ATM, eftpos, internet banking etc. Cash and cheque withdrawal limits do apply. Proceeds of cheques will not be available until cleared.

Offline Agent
Offer a basic range of banking services, including deposits, withdrawals, opening accounts etc, however all transactions are manually processed and can take 2 – 3 days before being processed to accounts. Transactions are backdated to the actual date the transaction occurred to ensure no loss of interest etc. Cash and cheque withdrawal limits do apply. Proceeds of cheques will not be available until cleared.
