Request a Statement

A duplicate statement (i.e. a copy of a previously issued statement) can be ordered via Bendigo e-banking for any Statement account, Credit Card account or Loan account that you can access via Bendigo e-banking, regardless of your level of access.

To request a duplicate statement choose the Customer Services category from the top navigation menu and click the Request a Statement item from the side navigation menu.

This will display the Request a Statement window where you will need to complete the following information:

Account

Select the account you require a duplicate statement for from the drop down list labelled Account.

Month/Year

You must select the required statement month from the drop down list labelled Month, and the required statement year from the drop down list labelled Year.

Note: If your statement frequency has been set to a frequency other than ‘monthly’ (e.g. quarterly) and/or your statement is issued on a day other than at the end of the month (e.g. issued on the 15th of the month) we may be required to issue you with multiple duplicate statements to cover the period you have selected.

Action Buttons

There is only one action button available:

Submit Request

Clicking the Submit Request button will take you to the Request a Statement - Approval Screen.

Request a Statement - Approval

After selecting the Submit Request button on the Request a Statement screen you will be presented with the Request a Statement - Approval screen allowing you to confirm the information you have selected.

Action Buttons

There are two action buttons available:

Approve

Pressing the Approve button will submit the request for processing. This is the final point where you can decide whether or not to proceed, so you should ensure that the details are correct before selecting this option.

If you choose to approve the request you will be advised that your duplicate statement request has been received and will be available in the next few days.

Cancel

Pressing the Cancel button will cancel the request and return you to the initial Request a Statement screen.

Note: Statements will be mailed to the postal address recorded for your account within two (2) Banking Business days. Bendigo Bank may debit your account with a fee each time you request a duplicate statement. For a full list of fees and charges please contact us on 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344), visit your local branch or refer to our Schedule of Fees, Charges and Transaction Account Rebates booklet. Duplicate statements cannot be requested via Bendigo e-banking for a Savings account or Term Deposit account.
