Transfer History
You can view details of all past transfer attempts by choosing
the Transfer Funds category
from the top navigation menu and clicking on the Transfer
History item from the side navigation menu.
From the Transfer History - Search screen you can display a history of all your transfers and transfer attempts processed within the last six (6) months. If you believe an error has occurred with one of your transfers, or you just wish to confirm that your transfer has been made, simply enter the necessary search criteria for that particular transfer.

Searching for a particular Transfer
There are no mandatory fields to be entered when completing a search however only those transfers that match the criteria you entered will be displayed. Any combination of the following search criteria can be used:
Account From
Choose an account from the drop down list labelled Account From to display only those transfers made from that account within the last six (6) months. The default is to choose ‘All Accounts’.
Account To
Choose an account from the drop down list labelled Account To to display only those transfers made to that account within the last six (6) months. The default is to choose ‘All Accounts’.
Transaction Dates (From & To)
Select the day, the month and the year, from the drop down lists provided to display any transfers that were processed within the specified dates.
Amount Range (From & To)
Enter a lower amount in the From field and an upper amount
in the To field to display all transfers made within those
amounts, or if you know the exact amount of the transfer
you are searching for enter that amount in the From
and To fields.
Acknowledgment Number
Enter the acknowledgment number (originally provided to
you when you successfully scheduled an immediate, future
or recurring transfer). All transfers and transfer attempts
associated with that acknowledgment number will be displayed.
Action Buttons
There are two action buttons available:
Search
Pressing the Search button will display the Transfer History - Results screen listing all of the transfers that match your search criteria.
Clear
Pressing the Clear button will clear all input fields on the screen.

Viewing the Transfer History
After selecting the Search button on the Transfer History – Search screen you will be presented with the Transfer History - Results screen containing the following information for each transfer matching the search criteria you entered on the Transfer History - Search screen:
Effected Date
The date the transaction actually took place.
From/To Account
Your Bank account number that the transfer was withdrawn from along with account description, followed by information on where the money was transferred to.
Amount
The amount of the transaction.
Status
Processed, Rescheduled (e.g. insufficient funds) or Error
(e.g. account closed).
Ack #
The unique acknowledgment number allocated to each transaction.
Note: Amounts associated with an error correction will be displayed as a negative
number (e.g. $999.99-) and will indicate a credit back into your account.

Print
This feature enables you to print only the relevant information contained on the current page. The navigation elements and action buttons will not be printed, ensuring that all relevant details will fit on the page.
To print the current page in a printer-friendly format, select Print from the top of the screen (next to the Help link). Then, from the Print Preview window, select the Print button to direct the print-out to your preferred printer or the Close button to return to your Bendigo e-banking window.

Print Receipt
To print a receipt for a financial transaction simply press
the Print Receipt option and you will be presented with a
new window containing the details of the transaction. To
print these details you should use the Print button
on the screen or you can use the standard Print function
of your browser which is located within the File menu (i.e. click
on File and then Print).
When finished you should shut down the new Print Receipt
browser window by using the Close button
on the screen, or by using the Close function within the File
menu, or by using the Close Window button at the top right
hand side of the screen |
