Descriptions in Internal Transfers
From Friday 9th December customers will be able to add an 18 character description when transferring funds between their own accounts in e-banking. The description will appear in both 'To' and 'From' accounts.
This feature will be useful for identifying why funds were transferred, particularly for reconciliation purposes by business customers.
Full features now accessible on the Sandhurst Select Mortgage Fund
From Monday 5th December the full Bendigo e-banking services are available on the Sandhurst Select Mortgage Fund. This means Bendigo e-banking customers can now transact on their Select Mortgage Fund online (transfers in and out, BPAY® and Pay Anyone), subject to the product’s 90 day investment terms.

Mobile e-banking
On Monday 28th February our new Mobile e-banking service will be available for you – a simple and convenient way for you to access your account balances and history, and transfer funds between your Bendigo Bank accounts using your mobile phone.
If you’re already using e-banking you don’t need to register for this service. All you need to do is enter the bank’s mobile address m.bendigobank.com.au into the web browser on your mobile phone.
Then click on the Mobile e-banking option and enter your access details just as you usually do to logon to Classic e-banking.

Our online redraw is on the house
Perfect for a new car, holiday or home improvements our new fee-free online redraw facility makes it even easier to access the money you’ve already paid in advance on your home or personal loan and reduces the time and effort it usually takes to organise finance.
Once registered, you can transfer eligible funds from your loan account to accounts registered with Bendigo e-banking using the transfer funds service.

More customer choice on the menu
Developed to support our new fee-free online redraw facility, the new Account Details menu shows minimum repayment amount, available balance and redraw status on eligible loan accounts.
The new Account Details menu is available to all customers under the Accounts menu.
View your available redraw balance online
For customers with an eligible redraw facility on their loan account, you can now view your available redraw balance on the Account Balance screen. Just click on the Available Balance hyperlink to view your account details.
