What is Bendigo Rewards?

Bendigo Rewards allows you to earn Reward Points without changing your spending habits. Bendigo Bank rewards customers just for using their Bendigo Credit Cards to make purchases and pay bills.

How does Bendigo Rewards work?

You can earn Bendigo Reward Points by using your Bendigo Ready Red MasterCard or Visa Card, RSPCA Rescue Rewards Visa Card or Bendigo Solid Gold Visa Card to make purchases or pay bills.

You can even earn reward Points on balances transferred to your Bendigo Credit Card from other credit or store cards.

How do I know how many Reward Points I have?

There are two ways you can find out how many Reward Points you have.

1. You’ll receive a quarterly Reward Statement which will show the number of Points earned or redeemed.
2. You can call the Bendigo Rewards Centre on 1300 650 285 and follow the prompts to find out your current Points balance. You can access your Points balance 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

What can I redeem my Reward Points for?

With Bendigo Rewards you can choose from a huge variety of rewards, including gift vouchers, travel and accommodation, movie passes, magazine subscriptions, merchandise and much more.

What is FlightPoints?

With FlightPoints you can fly anywhere in Australia or overseas, at anytime with any airline. It’s your complete travel rewards service that allows you to use your Reward Points as a discount towards the cost of travel. You can book your entire holiday using Reward Points including flights on any major airline, accommodation and car hire. View the FlightPoints page for more information.

Can I redeem my reward Points for airfares?

Yes, FlightPoints allows you to redeem your Reward Points for domestic and international flights on the airline of your choice. You can pay for your flights using Reward Points only, or the Points Plus Pay Option.

Every 7,334 Points earned equals $20 saved on your travel. Simply call the Bendigo Rewards Centre on 1300 650 285 to discuss the redemption process or to book a flight.

Can I redeem my reward Points for an entire travel package?

You can tailor your entire travel package, including flights, accommodation, tours and car hire. Just call 1300 650 285 to make a booking.

Will I earn Reward Points when I travel overseas?

Yes, you will earn one Reward Point (1.5 for Bendigo Solid Gold) on every dollar spent on your Bendigo MasterCard or Visa Credit Card (when you press credit at the point of sale).

Are all transactions on my Bendigo MasterCard or Visa Credit Card eligible for Reward Points?

Most purchases do earn you Points, but some transactions do not. Transactions that don’t earn Reward Points include cash advances, interest charges, government charges, bank fees, disputed transactions, foreign exchange purchases and the purchase of travellers cheques or gambling chips.

What if I do not have enough Points for a Reward?

On selected rewards, you can pay the shortfall using the Points Plus Pay Option and your Bendigo MasterCard or Visa Credit Card.

Better still, you’ll earn Reward Points when you use your Bendigo Credit Card to pay the “cash” component.

My partner has an additional card on my account. Can we combine the Reward Points we earn?

Yes. Additional cardholder’s Reward Points are automatically combined with the Primary cardholder’s Reward Points.

How do I query my Rewards Statement if I believe Reward Points I have earned are missing?

Requests for missing Reward Points must be submitted to the Bendigo Rewards Centre within 90 days of the date your Rewards Statement was issued. A legible copy of the relevant sales receipts and credit card statement must accompany this request (do not send the original).

Is there a cap on earning reward Points?

Unlike many other reward programs, Bendigo Bank does not place a ‘cap’ on the number of Reward Points you can earn. Every dollar you spend on eligible transactions, will earn you Reward Points.

How can I earn Points quicker?

Consider adding additional cardholders to your account, and always remember to shop at our Bonus Partner outlets.

For how long are my Reward Points valid?

Bendigo Reward Points are valid for three full years after 31 December in the year the Points were earned. For example, Reward Points earned in October 2004 need to be used before 31 December, 2007.

How long are gift and shopping vouchers valid for?

The terms vary between vouchers, but generally they are valid for six months from the date of issue.

How long do I have to wait before I can redeem my Points?

Rewards Points can be redeemed as soon as you have enough for a reward.

Who is eligible to participate in Bendigo Rewards?

Bendigo Rewards is open to all personal account holders. Bendigo Rewards is not designed to be linked to any companies, companies trading as a business, corporate groups or individuals who trade as a registered business name.

What happens to my Reward Points if I close my Bendigo Credit Card Account?

If you close your account you have 90 days to redeem your Points.
