You’re invited to the 2017 Community Bank® National Conference in Adelaide on Tuesday 19 & Wednesday 20, September 2017.

This year’s two-day event has an overarching theme of ‘Evolution: the changing face of (community) banking.’ Community and technology will intertwine as we embrace evolution and the changing face of (community) banking.

The location for this year’s conference is on North Terrace Adelaide, overlooking the River Torrens,  with all events and accommodation within easy walking distance.

Registrations close Sunday 13 August, 2017, however we highly recommend you register early.

Within two weeks of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email, advising the selections you have made.  It is extremely important that you review your selections, as all conference chargebacks will appear on your Revenue Share Statement.

Getting There

All delegates are required to make their own travel bookings.

Adelaide Airport

With multiple options available for travelling to and from Adelaide Airport, you’ll never be stuck for transport.

Adelaide Metro offers JetExpress, an express double decker bus service between the airport and the city. Adelaide Metro also offers a convenient JetBus service to Glenelg, West Beach and the City, servicing all stops.

Airport City Shuttle offers a Door to Door service from Adelaide Airport to Adelaide Hotels and Businesses.

Taxis are a convenient way to get to and from the airport. There is a designated taxi rank located at the left of the pedestrian plaza as you walk out of the terminal.

Hiring a rental car at Adelaide Airport gives you the freedom to control your own schedule and explore what South Australia has to offer. Adelaide Airport offers six car rental companies, which are located on the ground level of the terminal adjacent to the baggage claim area.

Conference Social Functions

Pre-Conference Networking Cocktail Function - Monday 18 September

Venue: William Magarey Room, Adelaide Oval
Time:  5.00pm – 7.00pm
Cost: $50 per person

All delegates and partners are invited to attend the pre-conference networking cocktail party in the William Magarey Room, at the Adelaide Oval. The cocktail party, including canapés and drinks, will be at the cost of $50 per person. This will be charged back via the revenue share.

Conference Gala Dinner - Tuesday 19 September

Venue:  Adelaide Convention Centre
Time:  6.30pm – 11.00pm
Cost: $130 per person

We welcome all delegates and partners to join us for the Conference Gala Dinner at the Adelaide Convention Centre. A three course sit down dinner will be provided along with drinks and entertainment at a cost of $130 per person. This will be charged back via the revenue share.

Conference Dress Code

The dress code for the conference and preconference activities is smart casual. The dress code for the Official Dinner is cocktail. Business suits are not required to be worn during the conference.
