Events and Sponsorship
Throughout our history we have sponsored community events, believing that investing in bettering communities is good for our business. Each of our retail bank regions has its own sponsorship budget to support the Bank's core corporate sponsorships. We continue to meet our aim of spreading sponsorship support across a wide group of activities including schools, charities, sport and the arts.
To help you and us streamline the sponsorship process, key criteria has been developed. If you are considering approaching Bendigo Bank for Sponsorship, you can evaluate your proposal against the key criteria listed below.
Key Criteria
Bendigo Bank is often lauded for its "social responsibility" because of our work with communities – almost as if we have tacked a social conscience on to our business strategy. In fact, working for the benefit of our Customers and their communities is our business strategy.
Bendigo Bank’s sponsorship is an essential part of our marketing communications and reflects our commitment to giving back to the communities and people who support us.
Our Partners
Bendigo Bank partners with a broad range of arts, community, sporting and business organisations that reflect the bank’s values and support the communities we operate in.
Our sponsorships deliver benefits through financial contributions, the utilisation of our network and alliances, contribution of our management’s knowledge and staff participation.
Brand Alignment
The Bendigo Brand is known as an innovative financial institution that engages with local communities by delivering customer focused innovative products and services.
Bendigo Bank looks at the financial needs of people and communities through their eyes. We provide solutions and resources that help communities prosper.
Target
The sponsorship proposal should fit in with the bank’s target audience, in particular youth and forward thinking consumers who embrace their community and are keen to understand how they can gain maximum benefit from their involvement.

- Proposal needs to deliver financial business opportunities
- Provide a highly appealing “money can’t buy experience”
