Sponsorship
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank has long considered sponsorship to be an important part of our continued support of Australian communities. We consider sponsorship from the national level through to the branch level as this ensures that we remain committed to the communities in which we serve and partner with organisations that are important to our business.
We define sponsorship as a business relationship whereby all parties involved - Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, our sponsorship partner and the associated target markets – aim to receive a financial or mutually beneficial return. We aim to understand the needs of the target market and deliver value through a trusted relationship with the sponsee in order to make positive brand connections.
Our Sponsorships
We do not run a large corporate sponsorship budget. Instead, our sponsorships are largely conducted at the branch “grass roots” level where we can deepen our connections with the communities we serve and are a part.
In fact, working for the benefit of our customers and their communities is our business strategy.
Across our network there are literally hundreds of sponsorships supporting clubs and community groups – from local football and cricket clubs, community festivals through to aerial patrols for beach safety – Bendigo Bank is participating in and contributing to our communities.
