Register Your Interest

In order to buy or sell shares in Upper Yarra Community Enterprise Limited you must first register your interest formally with the Company Secretary. The online form allows you to:

  • register an interest in buying shares
  • register an interest in selling shares
  • update an interest previously registered
  • remove an interest previously registered

Alternatively, each of the above can also be achieved by using the hardcopy forms below.

If a registered buyer and seller agree to trade shares, the buyer must first seek approval from the Company's Board by completing the Share Purchase Form and sending it to the Company Secretary.

Once approved, the registered buyer and seller must complete the Security Transfer Form and send it to the Company Secretary.

Please note that Stamp Duty may be payable in your State/Territory. Refer to the State Revenue Office in your State/Territory for details. If Stamp Duty applies, the buyer must comply with State Revenue Office regulations prior to submitting the Security Transfer Form to the Company Secretary.

Register an agreement to trade shares

This form must be completed and submitted by the buyer and sent to the Company Secretary prior to completing the Security Transfer Form.

Share Purchase Form - Approx. 17Kb

Register a completed trade

This form must be completed jointly by the buyer and seller once approval for the share trade has been given by the Company's Board.
