Account Selection

The Account History screen allows you to view the history of all the transactions made on your account including Bank fees, Government charges and debit or credit interest.

Choose the Accounts category from the top navigation menu and click the Account History item from the side navigation menu. This will display the Account History screen.

Note: When viewing your account history, personal accounts will display a maximum of 250 line items or approximately 18 months of transactions. Corporate accounts will display a maximum of 500.

Account

The drop down list labelled Account shows all your accounts registered with Bendigo e-banking. Select the account you wish to view the history for.

Period

The drop down list labelled Period allows you to select which time frame you wish to view a history for.

Note:
When you use the hyperlinks on the Account Balances screen to access your account history a default history period of 14 days will automatically be selected.

Action Buttons

There will be one action button available:

Show Account History button

Selecting the Show Account History button will direct you to the Account History - Results screen.

Viewing Your Account History

After selecting the Show Account History button on the Account History screen you will be presented with the Account History - Results screen containing the following information for the selected account:

Current Balance

The current balance of the selected account is displayed above the the transaction history results box.

Available Balance

The amount of funds available for withdrawal from the selected account is displayed above the transaction history results box.

All transactions for the selected history period are displayed in descending order, with the most recent transaction first. You can use the vertical scroll bars on the right hand side of the screen to scroll through all of the transactions on the current screen.

The following information will be displayed within the transaction history results box for each transaction listed:

Date

The date that the transaction was posted to your account

Description

Lists the type of transaction (Cheque Withdrawal, ATM Withdrawal etc.) along with any applicable reference information (e.g. Cheque Number, ATM Location etc.)

Withdrawals

The amount of any withdrawal transaction

Deposits

The amount of any deposit transaction

Balance

The running balance of your selected account.

Action Buttons

There are two action buttons available:

Next Page >

A Next Page > button will appear when there are additional screens to be displayed.

< Prev Page

A < Prev Page button will appear when there are previous screens to be displayed.

Faxing Your Account History

You may request that a fax copy of the Account History be forwarded to yourself, or to anyone else that you would like to receive a copy, by clicking on the FAX NOW button on the Account History - Results screen.

You will be required to confirm your fax number or to provide an alternative number each time you request a fax.

When entering your fax number details please enter your area code to ensure we can deliver your fax. (eg 0378990024). Do not include spaces, characters or any other symbols as part of any telephone or fax number you provide to us.

Note: Bendigo Bank may debit your account with a fee upon faxing an Account History to you. For a full list of fees and charges please contact us on 1300 366 666, visit your local branch or refer to our Schedule of Fees, Charges and Transaction Account Rebates booklet.

Print

This feature enables you to print all the relevant information contained on the pages for the selected history period. The Navigation elements and action buttons will not be printed, ensuring that all relevant details will fit on the page.

To print the selected pages in a printer-friendly format, select Print from the top of the screen (next to the Help link). Then, from the print preview window, select Print button to direct the print-out to your preferred printer or the Close button to return to your Bendigo e-banking window.
