Viewing a List of Current Notifications

Account Notifications is a unique facility offered by Bendigo e-banking. It allows you to set up instructions so that Bendigo e-banking will notify you by email or fax (or both) if the balance of any of your Statement or Credit Card accounts registered with Bendigo e-banking falls below, or rises above, a specified amount.

Choose the Accounts category from the top navigation menu then click the Account Notifications item from the side navigation menu. This will display the Account Notification window where you can:

  • Set up Notifications
  • Turn off Notifications

The Account Notification window will display the following information:

Account

The account name, account number and current balance of each Statement or Credit Card account registered with Bendigo e-banking.

Notify me if…

If a notification has been established, the parameters of your notification request will be displayed (i.e. the lower limit and upper limit amount) while accounts that do not have associated instructions will display the words "Not Configured".

Notification

Displays the method of notification requested when you originally established the notification instructions (e.g. fax, email, or both). If there are no notification instructions present the words "Not Configured" will be displayed.
