Bendigo Bank e-banking

The Interest & Charges screen provides you with a summary of the total interest that has been paid to or from your accounts in the last two(2) financial years. You are also provided with a list of any Government Charges that may have been deducted from your account. Choose the Accounts category from the top navigation menu, click the Account History item from the side navigation menu and then click the Interest & Charges tab just under the screen title line.

You will be presented with the Interest & Charges screen where you can choose the account(s) and period you wish to view.

Account

The drop down list labelled Account shows all your accounts registered with Bendigo e-banking. Select the specific account you wish to view a history for or select "All Accounts".

Period

The drop down list labelled Period shows all periods available for review. Select the specific period you wish to view history for.

Note: The summary is only available for the period 1st July to 30th June. You will not be able to get any information for the current calendar year until after the end of the financial year (i.e. after June 30th).

Action Buttons

There will be one action button available:

Show Interest & Charges button

Selecting the Show Interest & Charges button will direct you to the Interest & Charges - Results screen.

Viewing Interest & Charges

After selecting the Show Interest & Charges button on the Interest & Charges screen you will be presented with the Interest & Charges Results screen containing the following information for the selected account(s):

Customer Name and period confirmation

The title of the customer record that you have selected will be displayed above the account information box, along with confirmation of the period you selected.

Account Name

The name of the account (i.e. Statement Account).

Interest Debited

The total amount of interest debited from the account during the selected period.

Interest Credited

The total amount of interest credited to the account during the selected period.

W/Hold Tax

The total amount of Withholding Tax charged to the account during the selected period.

Non Res Tax

The total amount of Non-Resident Withholding Tax charged to the account during the selected period.

Action Buttons

There is one action button available:

Search Again

Click the Search Again button if you wish to return to the initial Interest & Charges screen and enter different search criteria.

Note: Interest & Charges details only include accounts that are currently available within Bendigo e-banking. Closed accounts and accounts where you are no longer listed as being a signatory will not appear in the account selection list.

This feature enables you to print only the relevant information contained on the current page. The navigation elements and action buttons will not be printed, ensuring that all relevant details will fit on the page.

To print the current page in a printer-friendly format, select Print from the top of the screen (next to the Help link). Then, from the print preview window, select the Print button to direct the print-out to your preferred printer or the Close button to return to your Bendigo e-banking window.
