The Select Accounts function allows you to customise the accounts you want displayed, based on the purpose of your Bendigo e-banking session. With the option to link up to 20 customers together you have the flexibility to do your personal or business banking through the same session. You only need one Access ID to be able to choose from any of your accounts that you want to see and use within Bendigo e-banking. A maximum of 99 accounts can be selected at any one time. They can all be attached to one customer number or a combination of accounts from any of your customer numbers.

Note: If you have less than the maximum number of accounts available for selection (99), then initially all your accounts will be displayed.

Select the Accounts category from the top navigation menu, click on the Display Options item from the side navigation menu and then click on the Select Accounts tab jsut under the screen title line.

Pressing the Decline button will stop any changes you have made and return you to the Account Selection screen to make your selections again.

Repeat the selection options until you have chosen all the accounts you want displayed, up to a maximum of 99 accounts. You can change your selections at any time.

Note: If at any time your selection will exceed the maximum number allowable (99) an error message will be displayed. The last selection you made will not be saved and you will need to make a different selection.

For example, if you have linked a customer number that has 40 accounts attached and you already have 70 accounts in your selection list you cannot select the 'Select All' check box. This will exceed the maximum number of accounts allowable, in this case by 11 accounts, so you will need to select the specific accounts that you want displayed individually rather than using the 'Select All' option.
