To update your personal details choose the Customer Services category from the top navigation menu and click the Change My Details item from the side navigation menu.

This will display the Change My Details screen where you can update the following information:

Fax Number

Enter your current fax number.

Note: When entering your fax number details, please enter your area code to ensure we can deliver your fax (e.g. 0378990024). Do not include spaces, characters or any other symbols as part of any telephone or fax number you provide to us.

Entering your fax number within the Change My Details screen will not change the fax number recorded for any Account Notifications you may have in place. To change the fax number for an Account Notification choose the Accounts category from the top navigation menu then click the Account Notifications item from the side navigation menu. From here you will have the option available to modify any Account Notifications that have been set as well as set up or turn off a notification.

Email Address

Enter your current email address.

Action Buttons

There are two action buttons available:

Update

Pressing the Update button will accept the changes and update your details.

Reset

Pressing the Reset button will reset the input fields on the screen to their original values.
