You can change your Bendigo e-banking PIN by choosing the Customer Services category from the top navigation menu and clicking the Change My PIN item from the side navigation menu.
This will display the Change My PIN screen where you will need to complete the following information:
Old PIN
Enter your old PIN (the one you are currently using)
New PIN
Think of a new PIN consisting of eight (8) characters, containing at least one (1) alphabetic character (A to Z) and at least one (1) numeric character (0 to 9). No other special characters are allowed. Alphabetic characters are not case-sensitive.
Enter the new PIN in the field labelled New PIN.
Note: Do NOT disclose your new PIN to anyone else. When you select your new PIN it is very important that you do NOT select numbers that represent your date of birth or letters that represent part of your name because those PINs are easily guessed by thieves. If you do select a PIN that represents your date of birth or part of your name, then in most cases you will be liable for the amount of all unauthorised transactions made using those PINs.
Confirm New PIN
Re-enter your new PIN to confirm the details have been typed correctly.
Note: Ensure that you do not forget your new PIN as you will need to use it next time you access Bendigo e-banking.
Action Buttons
There are two action buttons available:
Change PIN
After entering your old and new PINs, click on Change PIN to submit your changes. If you entered your old PIN correctly, your new PIN will take effect immediately.
Clear
If you decide you do not want to change your PIN at this time, click the Clear button to cancel the request and return to your old PIN.
Note: This service can only be used to change your Bendigo e-banking PIN. Should you wish to change any other PIN (e.g. Card PIN, Phone Banking PIN) please contact us on 1300 BENDIGO (1300 236 344), send a Secure Email or visit your local branch for further advice.
