Request a Cheque Book
A cheque book can be ordered for any cheque account that you can access via Bendigo e-banking, regardless of your level of access.
To order a new cheque book for any of your Statement accounts that have a cheque book facility choose the Customer Services category from the top navigation menu and click the Request a Cheque Book item from the side navigation menu.
This will display the Request a Cheque Book screen where you will need to complete the following information:
Account
Select the account that you require a new cheque book for from the drop down list labelled Account.
Delivery Options
Click inside one of the radio buttons to indicate your preferred delivery option. When you click inside the button, a dot will appear to indicate that it has been selected. You can choose between having the cheque book forwarded "By Mail" to the postal address recorded on your account, and having the cheque book forwarded to your usual operating branch so you can "Collect from Branch".
Action Buttons
There is only one action button available:
Submit Request
Clicking the Submit Request button will take you to the Request a Cheque Book - Approval screen.
Request a Cheque Book - Approval

Action Buttons
There are two action buttons available:

Pressing the Approve button will submit the request for processing. This is the final point where you can decide whether or not to proceed, so you should ensure that the details are correct before selecting this option.
