To view a list of the daily totals of all your future dated transactions choose the Transfer Funds category from the top navigation menu, click the Future Payments List item from the side navigation menu and then click on the Daily Totals tab just under the screen title line.

The Daily Totals search criteria screen will be displayed, allowing you to select a range of dates up to one (1) year into the future. Select the dates you require using the drop down lists provided and press the Search button.

The Daily Totals screen will then be displayed, showing the following information for all days where future dated transactions are scheduled:

Date

The day on which transactions are scheduled.

Pay Anyone

The total of Pay Anyone transactions for the day (if registered for Pay Anyone).

BPAY®

The total of BPAY® transactions for the day.

Bulk

The total of Bulk Payment transactions for the day (if registered for Bulk Payments).

Transfers

The total of Transfer transactions for the day.

Telegraphic Transfers

The total of Telegraphic Transfer transactions for the day (if registered for Telegraphic Transfers).

Total

The total of all transactions for the day.

Action Buttons

There are two action buttons available:

View Details

Pressing the View Details button will display a new window that contains the details of each of the transactions scheduled for the day.

To print these details you should use the Print button on the screen or you can use the standard Print function of your browser which is located within the File menu (i.e. click on File and then Print).

When finished you should shut down the new window by using the Close button on the screen, or by using the Close function within the File menu, or by using the Close Window button at the top right hand side of the screen.

Search Again

Click the Search Again button if you wish to return to the initial Daily Totals screen and enter different search criteria.

Print

This feature enables you to print only the relevant information contained on the current page. The navigation elements and action buttons will not be printed, ensuring that all relevant details will fit on the page.

To print the current page in a printer-friendly format, select Print from the top of the screen (next to the Help link). Then, from the Print Preview window, select the Print button to direct the print-out to your preferred printer or the Close button to return to your Bendigo e-banking window.
