Terms and Conditions: Instructions on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other material then these Terms and Conditions prevail. The promoter is Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited. This competition is open to Australian residents only. Entry is free and competition entries will close at 5.00pm EDST on 31st March 2008. The winner will be announced on Tuesday 15th April 2008, and will receive a Bendigo Bank $5,000 savings account. The winner will be notified by phone and in writing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within one month of the announcement date, Bendigo Bank may select another winner as necessary in order to distribute the unclaimed prize. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. Bendigo Bank’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Staff and their immediate families, of Bendigo Bank, its Agencies and any company providing services or benefits to this competition are ineligible to enter the competition.

Your Privacy: Your personal information will be disclosed to relevant Bendigo Bank staff and agents and used for the purpose of this competition. Without this information you can not be entered into the competition. In most cases you can gain access to your personal information.
