Help for cyclone impacted customers
Cyclone Debbie Recovery Fund Appeal
Bendigo Bank has joined forces with Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal (FRRR) to launch the Cyclone Debbie Recovery Fund Appeal.
Funds raised will be distributed to charitable organisations working with communities directly impacted by Cyclone Debbie or subsequent flooding in the aftermath.
Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
Natural Disaster Assistance Package
Disaster Relief support is available for customers affected by Tropical Cyclone Debbie. The package provides immediate practical help to customers who have been affected.
For existing Bendigo Bank customers affected, we can look to assist you by:
- Home Loan and Business Loan relief assistance for up to three months;
- Credit Card emergency limit increase;
- Discounted interest rate on new personal loans for existing customers;
- Waiving of penalty interest for early withdrawals from term deposits;
- No loan break costs for fixed rate customers who pay out loan with insurance payment;
- Customers with home and contents insurance with CGU insurance may be able to claim for emergency funds and temporary accommodation costs;

A range of disaster assistance measures are available to our agri-business customers.
