Disputing a Transaction
If a transaction appears on your statement that you do not believe is yours, please contact us immediately. To query or dispute a transaction, please print and complete the Disputed Transaction Form below, then:
• hand it in at any Bendigo Bank Branch, or
• fax it to the Bendigo Bank on (03) 5485 7613 , or
• mail it to Card Services, PO Box 480, Bendigo, VIC 3552, Australia.
Please send a copy of any relevant documents. Once we receive the completed form, we will investigate the transaction.
