Paying your card

Each month you will receive a detailed statement of your transactions. You have the option of paying the total amount due, or any other amount, as long as the minimum required payment is made.

There are a number of convenient ways to make your repayments.

Automatic Payments via Direct Debit

You can arrange to have your monthly credit card payment made by direct debit from your account at the Bendigo Bank. You can choose to pay the minimum amount, a fixed amount or the total amount by direct debit.

To apply for automatic payments, visit any Bendigo Bank Branch or call 1300 366 666.

Bendigo Branch

You can pay your credit card at any Bendigo Bank Branch by cheque, cash or transferring funds from a linked account.

Bendigo e-banking

Log onto Bendigo e-banking and transfer funds from your linked account.

To register for e-banking, call 1300 366 666 or visit any Bendigo Bank Branch.

Bendigo Phone Banking

Call 1300 366 666 to transfer funds from your linked account
If you have already registered for phone banking, call 1300 366 666 and enter your access number and Phone Banking PIN, and choose the Transfer Funds option.
If you have not yet registered, call 1300 366 666.

Bendigo Bank ATMs

You can transfer funds or deposit a payment (at selected ATMs only) at Bendigo Bank ATMs to make a repayment.

BPAY®

If you do not have any linked Bendigo Bank accounts, you can still pay your credit card. If you hold accounts with other financial institutions, you can transfer funds using BPAY. The Biller Code for Bendigo Bank is 342949.

Mail

Complete all payment details on the bottom section of your statement, detach and return with your cheque (made payable to Bendigo Bank) to Bendigo Bank, P.O. Box 480, Bendigo, VIC 3552, Australia

Bank@Post

You can make your payment at participating Australia Post Offices displaying the Bank@Post sign. Remember to take your statement and credit card, which will need a PIN. Please note that all transactions at Bank@Post require a PIN.
