Comprehensive Hospital Cover
Comprehensive Hospital Cover provides you with 100% hospital accommodation and an extensive range of services in Australian Unity contracted hospitals. You can also choose from a range of excess options.

Non-obstetrics Hospital Cover#
Ideal for young and mature single customers, couples and families not planning to have more children. You’ll receive benefits equivalent to Comprehensive Hospital Cover, without having to pay for obstetrics cover. An excess applies to this product.

Hospital Essentials*
Offers you comfort in knowing that you’re covered for more than just the basics. Good cover for a moderate price and gives you the choice of doctor in a private room of one of our agreement private hospitals. Includes basic ‘just in case’ obstetrics cover.
*Excludesdialysis for chronic renal failure. Limited basic benefits for psychiatric, hip/knee replacement and cataract surgery.
Basic Hospital Cover
A 'just in case' cover, that means you'll be treated as a private patient in a shared ward of a public hospital. You'll also be able to choose your doctor. It's not too fancy - but then it's not too expensive either.

Combined Covers
If you choose an excess option, the excess is payable only once for singles per calendar year. For couples and families the excess is applied at the single rate up to a maximum of twice per calendar year.

You’ll get cover for accidents and same day procedures in our agreement private hospitals and enjoy value without being sick with Extras such as optical and general dental. Pay only for what you need and enjoy peace of mind without blowing the budget. |
