Messages is a secure email service that enables you to send account information and enquiries to Bendigo Bank in a confidential and secure manner. Your message will automatically include your Bendigo e-banking Access ID so that we can identify you as the sender.
Sending a Message is easy - logon to Bendigo e-banking and choose the 'Support' menu then the 'Messages' menu option. You can then choose to 'Write a Message' or 'Cancel a Cheque'.
Please do not send your card number via the Messages service.
No. Messages cannot be deleted but can be moved to the Archive by opening the message and selecting ‘Archive’ at the bottom of the screen.
No. Inbox messages (or secure emails) must be archived individually by opening the message and selecting ‘Archive’ at the bottom of the screen.
