Who can apply?

Sandhurst Commercial Loans are available to individuals, partnerships, companies and discretionary trusts. 

How is a Sandhurst commercial loan different?

Sandhurst Commercial Loans are a niche product, aimed specifically at Commercial Investment clients. Our product is designed for Commercial Investors, looking for a simple solution for purchasing or refinancing Commercial Investment property.

Is redraw available?

For variable rate facilities the redraw facility allows for redraws of $5,000 or more with a redraw fee of $50.

How quickly can a commercial loan be approved?

Approval is dependent on credit quality and loan amounts sought, but generally we can have loans approved within 10 days of all appropriate information being provided.

What terms are available?

How much can I borrow?

The minimum loan amount is $100,000 and up to a maximum of $15m. The following Maximum Loan to Valuation Ratios (LVR) apply:
