How is a Sandhurst commercial loan different?
Sandhurst Commercial Loans are a niche product, aimed specifically at Commercial Investment clients. Our product lends itself to clients looking for a specific product, that meets their needs as Commercial Investors, purchasing or refinancing Commercial Investment opportunities.
Is redraw available?
For Principal & Interest Loans the redraw facility allows for redraws of $5,000 or more with a redraw fee of $50.
Line of Credit facilities allow for redraws over $2,000 with 3 free redraws per month. Fourth and subsequent redraws incur a $5 redraw fee.
How quickly can a commercial loan be approved?
Approval is dependent on credit quality and loan amounts sought, but in some circumstance we can have conditionally approve loans within 48 hours of all appropriate information being provided.
