The Bendigo Christmas Club account and facilities product disclosure statement (PDS) is made up of three parts. You must read parts one, two and three to have a complete PDS.

Target Market Determinations for financial products distributed by Bendigo Bank are to ensure that the right products end up in the hands of the right customer. We do this by focusing on our customers in the design and distribution of our financial products.

Bendigo Bank and Adelaide Bank name change - Important notification to Bendigo Bank customers 
The merger of Bendigo Bank and Adelaide Bank occurred on Friday 30 November 2007, following the successful implementation of schemes of arrangement. The schemes of arrangement sees Adelaide Bank become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bendigo Bank. 
Bendigo Bank shareholders voted on Tuesday 29 January 2008 to change the name of the company to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited following the Extraordinary General Meeting. This will take effect on 31 March 2008. This change has the following impact on the Bendigo Bank Product Disclosure. Statements and Terms and Conditions documents -
  • From 31 March 2008, any reference to “Bendigo Bank Limited” should now read “Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited”; and
  • From 31 March 2008, any reference to “Bendigo Bank Group” should now read “Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group”.
In those documents where these new references appear, please note that the change in company name is effective from 31 March 2008.
