Home Loan customer story: Brooke and Brady

Brooke:

To us a mobile home lender is able to help us wherever, whenever. To begin with, we just spoke to her, just let her know that we're looking to buy a house, we weren't very confident in what we had to do. She just sent us through some information, "Once we found something we liked we'll begin the pre-approval stage," and things like that. We definitely at least spoke once a week, if not more, whenever we needed her. It didn't have to be within business hours either.

Brady:

Working full time, my hours are 7:00 until 3:30, so I struggled to make it to the branch to have a meeting, let alone make it to sign a document. So the easiness of mobile lending was we could call at any time, you could use my lunch break to have a conversation over the phone. I didn't have to leave work early or stress about getting there on time.

Brooke:

Using the Bendigo Bank app is really easy, we're just able to log on and it shows us exactly how much we have due, what the interest rates were for the month. We definitely did want to eventually own our own house.

Brady:

Yeah, obviously with a young family, we wanted something to call a home. We'd go look at houses in the afternoon and we had that confidence where if we put in an offer or we knew what our borrowing capacity was, we could get those answers straight away and not have to wait until the next morning to contact the bank and then miss out on a house.

Brooke:

Brady:

Brooke:

No better way to put it, yeah, we were just full of joy, just really excited that we're taking another step in our future with our family. We're really happy.
