Brooke:
To us a mobile home lender is able to help us wherever, whenever. To begin with, we just spoke to her, just let her know that we're looking to buy a house, we weren't very confident in what we had to do. She just sent us through some information, "Once we found something we liked we'll begin the pre-approval stage," and things like that. We definitely at least spoke once a week, if not more, whenever we needed her. It didn't have to be within business hours either.
Brady:
Working full time, my hours are 7:00 until 3:30, so I struggled to make it to the branch to have a meeting, let alone make it to sign a document. So the easiness of mobile lending was we could call at any time, you could use my lunch break to have a conversation over the phone. I didn't have to leave work early or stress about getting there on time.

Brady:
Yeah, obviously with a young family, we wanted something to call a home.
