A new look

10 August 2021

You might notice something different next time you pop into your local branch. Our staff are sporting a new look. And while our new look appears more casual, you’ll still get access to the same level of professional service.

Leading the way

Say hello to our new range. Designed with our customers and team at the forefront, our new line presents a more relaxed look and is leading the way in style.

Our new line includes denim jeans, linen pants, chinos and white sneakers. So now our team can feel confident expressing themselves, while helping our customers every day.

‘Corporate styles have come a long way over the years and this new line feels like an evolution, especially in the banking industry. Our new look reinforces the idea we’re approachable and ready to go the extra mile to help our customers’ said CJ our local engagement officer.

Express yourself

Gone are the days of the brief case and suit.

Our new range is gender neutral meaning there is no expectation on how our team should dress. We strive to create an inclusive environment and our new range is just one example of how we’re creating a safe space for everyone.

‘It’s important to me that I feel comfortable, confident and can still represent myself when wearing corporate apparel. Our gender neutral approach is so pertinent in today’s society. I can now wear a pant suit, a sweater and linen pants with smart-casual sneakers. I'll still look professional and representative of our brand’ CJ commented.

Committed to the environment

Out with the old, in the with the new.

As we upgrade our new look, you might be wondering what we’re planning on doing with all our old uniforms.

We’ve partnered with Upparel. An end-to-end recycling program that turns mountains of old clothing into new products.

We’re estimating that 32-plus tonnes of our used clothing will be returned, recycled and re-purposed. Every kilogram we recycle will stop 3-4kg of greenhouse gases from entering our atmosphere.

We know we have a role to play in combating climate change. This partnership supports our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint.
