From first steps to lasting impact

1 January 2026

2025 Yearbook now available

Our 2025 Yearbook highlights our achievements and reflects on our beginnings in December 2004 when we took our first step towards creating today’s impact.

The foundations laid 20 years ago were the building blocks of our vision for capable and resilient communities. We’ve achieved this through collaboration with our Community Bank network and corporate partners.

Thanks to our collective efforts, we've supported programs and initiatives that create meaningful and lasting change.

We celebrate the vital relationships and partnerships that have driven how far we’ve come.
