When the town of Mallacoota finally opened up for business staff at the Mallacoota branch, along with other businesses, faced the massive task of re-engaging and connecting.
To help them in these initial weeks, Lee-Ann, from our Sale branch, and Roma, from Moe branch, didn’t hesitate when asked to fly in. Literally - as the road into town was closed!
Mallacoota Community Bank Branch is the only branch in Mallacoota – and that was before the fires.
For the past 11 years the Mallacoota branch has been not only providing bricks and mortar banking services for the town, but have also invested more than $300,000 in community contributions to local groups.
