For the fourth year running, Bendigo Bank has been named Business Bank of the Year at the Roy Morgan Research's Customer Satisfaction Awards.

This accolade follows the Bank taking out the inaugural award in 2011, and being named top Business Bank for 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Bendigo Bank Retail Executive Dennis Bice said the award was recognition of the significant investment the Bank continues to make to benefit its business customers nation-wide.

"We’ve invested further in developing our staff and we’ve created digital innovations over the past two years in direct response to customer demand," Mr Bice said.

"We constantly strive to improve our offering, always seeking bigger and better ways of doing business, and we hope that effort continues to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction.

"This is why we think our Bank is bigger than most.

"We’re pleased to be recognised as Business Bank of the Year for a fourth year running, which shows that regardless of business size, operation or annual turnover, banking with Bendigo Bank provides beneficial outcomes for all stakeholders."

In February 2015, Stephen Gorman was appointed Head of Business Banking, a newly created role charged with optimising the Bank’s high business customer satisfaction to drive customer and balance sheet growth.

In the same month, the Bank also launched miBanker, delivering news and information and providing real-time banking advice 24/7 straight to the business customer’s mobile, an Australian banking first.

"We have built terrific products that make life a lot easier for our customers; Our mobile payments solutions and digital relationship tools are right up there with the best," Mr Bice said.

"Our business customers know that to remain relevant in business they must listen to and meet their customers’ evolving needs, and we see ourselves just like the customers we serve.

"2014 was a great year to be a business customer with our Bank, but exciting developments already implemented this year are set to make the customer experience even better."

Bendigo Bank's Business Banking team is made up of 300 dedicated staff located across Australia, providing specialist advice and a wide range of services including cash flow solutions, interest rate risk management, agribusiness, merchant facilities, insurance and other business solutions.
