Bendigo Bank, Australia's fifth largest bank, has been voted Best Credit Card and Term Deposit provider in the 2015 Mozo People's Choice Awards.

The results released by the online finance comparison website showed Bendigo Bank was also voted one of Australia's Top Five Banks (2nd place), Top Five Home Loans (4th place) and Top Five Personal Loans (2nd place).

The awards are based on more than 34,000 consumer responses, rating the banking performance of hundreds of Australian financial service providers in overall satisfaction, price, customer service, convenience and trust.

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Executive Customer Voice, Marnie Baker, said the awards reflect Bendigo Bank's commitment to being Australia's most customer-connected bank.

"Receiving these awards is great recognition from our customers of the benefits of banking with Bendigo Bank. We're pleased that our credit card and term deposit offering is well accepted and our service is what our customers are looking for," Ms Baker said.

"Our cards, term deposits and home loans offer market competitive rates and we have experienced staff leading the pack in exceptional customer service, listening and responding to customer needs and building trust and goodwill.

"But bigger than this is our commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate, to help the place they call home to thrive and prosper in the things that matter most to them.

"We constantly seek to improve our product offering, investing in digital innovations for our customers, seeking better ways to service their needs while always striving to create and share value with everyone connected with our business."

Bendigo Bank is operated by Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, a Top 60 ASX listed company.

Supporting projects deemed important by Australian communities is part of Bendigo Bank's commitment to be bigger than a bank. To find out more visit www.bendigobank.com.au
