Bendigo and Adelaide Bank AGM next Monday
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank will hold its 2011 Annual General Meeting 2pm AEDST next Monday 24 October.
The meeting will be conducted across two locations, Bendigo and Adelaide, allowing the company to engage its large shareholder base in both cities.
Shareholders at The Capital Theatre in Bendigo and Intercontinental Adelaide will be linked via a satellite broadcast and the AGM will be webcast live, ensuring shareholders and investors across Australia and overseas can also watch the meeting.
Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Chairman Robert Johanson and Managing Director Mike Hirst will give their addresses from Bendigo. Other directors will speak at both locations.
Business to be discussed and voted on includes:
- The financial report and audit report for 2011
- Election of Ms Jacqueline Hey as director
- Amendments to the Constitution
- Fees payable to Non-Executive Directors
- 2011 Remuneration Report

Interviews with Managing Director Mike Hirst and Chairman Robert Johanson will be available after the meeting in Bendigo, while Jim Hazel will be available for interview in Adelaide.
