Bendigo Bank has been ranked highest in the inaugural J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2015 Australia Credit Card Satisfaction Study, with customers most happy with their customer interaction experience.

Conducted in June, the study surveyed more than 3,368 customers, measuring their satisfaction with credit cards over six key areas; customer interaction, credit card terms, billing and payment, rewards, benefits and services, and problem resolution. The Bank achieved an overall satisfaction score of 745, out of a possible 1,000.

The Bank’s Executive Customer Voice, Marnie Baker, said the results reflected Bendigo Bank’s commitment to be Australia’s most customer-connected bank.

“Receiving this award is great recognition from our customers of the benefits of banking with Bendigo Bank. We’re pleased that our credit card offering is well accepted and our service is what our customers are looking for,” Ms Baker said.

“Our cards offer market competitive rates and we have experienced staff leading the pack in exceptional customer service, listening and responding to customer needs and building trust and goodwill.

“We constantly strive to improve our product offering, seeking better ways to service our customers’ needs while supporting the communities in which we operate.”
