Bendigo Bank home loan customers top survey of most satisfied
Bendigo Bank has once again topped the latest customer satisfaction ratings for home loan customers of Australia’s 12 biggest banks. The findings were contained in a survey taken over the six months to May 2023 which saw its customer satisfaction numbers climb well ahead of the competition.
The results were published in Roy Morgan’s annual update which allows consumers to describe their experience in their own words and uses the latest data and insights from more than 60,000 Australians.
Marnie Baker, CEO and Managing Director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank thanked the Bank’s 7000 employees for achieving such a great endorsement by putting customers at the centre of everything they do.
“We are enormously proud of great experiences we deliver for our home loan customers and are pleased to see our market leading customer satisfaction scores reaffirmed,” Ms Baker said.
“I can’t think of a better way to be recognised. Our customer numbers continue to grow, attracted to our quality products, digital capability, service levels and of course our longstanding and unique purpose of feeding into the prosperity of our customers and communities - not off them,” Ms Baker said.
