Bendigo Bank is most recommended
Bendigo Bank is the leading financial institution for customer loyalty for 2013, based on a nationwide survey of more than 3000 respondents.
A report released in September by consultancy Engaged Marketing found Bendigo Bank’s customers were more likely than customers of rivals to recommend their bank to others.
Bendigo’s Executive Customer Voice, Marnie Baker, thanked the Bank’s customers for their vote of confidence.
“Customer feedback – both good and bad – is the only way we find out how well we are doing.
“We know there is always room to improve and we encourage customers to let us know how we are doing in helping them achieve their financial goals,” Ms Baker said.
The Net Promoter Score measures customers’ likelihood to recommend an organisation on a scale of 0 to 10, where 0 is highly unlikely and 10 is highly likely.
Those who gave their brand a score of 0 to 6 were classified as Detractors, while those who gave a 9 or 10 ranking were classified as Promoters.
The Net Promoter Score is the percentage of Promoters minus Detractors.
Bendigo Bank rated plus 11.57 compared with an industry average of minus 5.56.
