Bendigo Bank moves further into heart of Niddrie
Bendigo Bank’s Niddrie branch is on the move, heading up the road to a new office at Shop 1, 326 Keilor Road.
On Monday, the 2nd June staff from the Niddrie Branch will start in their new premises – only the branch’s second Niddrie home in 20 years.
Staff will have their last day at their existing branch located at 338A Keilor Road on Friday, 30 May 2008.
Branch Manager, Bill Aidonis, said the Niddrie branch was entrenched in the local community, and Bendigo’s investment in this new branch just firmed up that commitment.
“We have been here in Keilor Road, Niddrie for two decades and our commitment during that time has been unwavering,” Mr Aidonis said.
“Bendigo Bank has invested in these new premises which include more areas for customers to meet privately with branch staff and spaces for casual meetings.
Customers will notice a big difference, with a bright and open branch, right in the heart of the shopping precinct,” he said
Mr Aidonis said the existing branch would close at 5pm on Friday and the new branch would open for business at 9am on Monday.
Business hours will remain – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 12pm on Saturdays.
“And our friendly staff will be there to assist you with all your banking needs,” Mr Aidonis said.
Branch staff and customers will celebrate the new branch’s opening at a later date.
