Bendigo Bank builds on reputation as Australia's most trusted bank
Bendigo Bank has topped the list of Australia's most trusted banks in an independent survey of the nation's most trusted brands conducted by Roy Morgan.
The research house announced the bank’s trust ranking had climbed, reinforcing its position in the top 20 and listing the bank as the most trusted full service financial services institution in Australia.
Marnie Baker, CEO and Managing Director of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank thanked the 7000 employees across the group for putting customers at the centre of everything they do and delivering the result.
"Our vision is to be Australia's bank of choice and we believe our success is driven by our purpose - to feed into the prosperity of our customers and communities, not off them.
The findings were contained in Roy Morgan's quarterly update which allows consumers to describe in their own words why they trust or distrust a brand and uses the latest data and insights from more than 60,000 Australians.
The strong result follows Roy Morgan's latest banking satisfaction ratings, released last week, which revealed Bendigo Bank home loan customers are also the most satisfied of any bank operating in Australia and the Reader’s Digest 2022 Bank of the Year Award in April.
"Whether it's buying your first home, upgraded home, investment property or saving with us, we can put you on the path to where you want to go".
"Trust is a must, a key consideration when it comes to choosing your bank and Bendigo Bank will always put you, your family and your business first when it comes to providing your banking, investment and other financial services requirements," Ms Baker said.
