Retirement of Director

Bendigo and Adelaide Bank (BEN) director, Terry O’Dwyer, has announced his retirement from the BEN board.

Mr O’Dwyer joined the BEN board in October 2000, following the merger with First Australian Building Society, bringing extensive experience in accounting, audit and corporate finance.

Mr O’Dwyer chaired the Change Framework and Technology Governance Committee and has been a member of the Risk and Audit Committees since joining the board.

Chairman Robert Johanson thanked Mr O’Dwyer for his 12 years of service on the board: “Throughout this period, Terry has made a significant contribution. Terry has always provided strong advice and frank counsel. We thank him for his efforts and wish he and his family all the very best for the future.”
