Statement on Australian Competition Tribunal determination

Bendigo Bank acknowledges the Australian Competition Tribunal’s determination to overturn the ACCC’s decision and allow ANZ’s acquisition of Suncorp Bank.

The Bank maintains the view that the proposed merger will lead to a lessening of competition, leaving customers and communities worse off.
