Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited (ASX:BEN) announces the immediate resignation of non-executive director Richard Deutsch, for personal reasons.
Chair Vicki Carter thanked Richard for his significant contribution since joining the Board in September 2021.

Margaret Payn, non-executive director, has been appointed by the Board as Chair of the Board Audit Committee effective immediately.
