The Virtual Banking Team, with 50 Personal Bankers and Home Lending Specialists dedicated to it, will help to simplify the lending process, save valuable time for brokers, and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Head of Broker at Bendigo Bank, Natalie Sheehan, said it’s now easier than ever for third parties to partner with the Bank, with the move already giving brokers more time to focus on their businesses, ultimately improving the customer experience.
“By providing responsive support, our Virtual Banking Team is ensuring customers are in safe hands from application through to settlement, strengthening the trust and relationships brokers have built,” Ms Sheehan said.
“We are offering brokers an extra set of hands to help empower them to focus on business growth while we ensure their customers receive the exceptional support they deserve throughout the home loan journey.
“While offering friendly and knowledgeable guidance, the Bank’s new Virtual Banking Team is streamlining processes, and providing direct, ongoing support to customers for future lending needs, such as loan variations and new splits,” Ms Sheehan said.
The new Virtual Banking Team is already operational and ready to assist Bendigo Bank's network of accredited brokers.
