
After finishing school and entering the family business, my main driver has always been customer service. Before entering the finance sector I worked as a manager for the Woolworths Group, where I ran a team of 10 employees.
Customer service and a healthy outlook on teamwork were the key markers for my jump into mortgage broking. Understanding the needs of the customer and seeking the best turn around and outcome is my main motivator. Spending 2 years with a mortgage broking house, I decided to make the jump across to Bendigo Bank.
I am inspired by Bendigo’s sense of community and customer driven ethos. I saw this as the perfect opportunity to put my love of helping the customer and my community into action. I began as an associate mobile manager in 2018, assisting senior MRM’s in their day to day admin work. I began assisting customers to achieve their goals of buying their first property or saving money by refinancing. Within a year I moved into the mobile relationship manager role. I was also awarded the MRM Rookie Of The Year award in 2019. This award recognised my willingness to support fellow MRM’s and the Bendigo network as a whole.
I am currently the lender for the Leichhardt concept branch, where I speak with customers who are seeking options to buy or refinance.
