I started my banking career in the support team. But I had a passion to follow my dream which was to engage with customers directly, helping them realise their dreams and grow. I started as a Lending assistant, gradually moving into a mobile relationship role. This allowed me to help customers outside of the branch.
I love building long term relationships with my customers and I value their time. I was once in your shoes, and I know how difficult it can be to purchase a home, so my aim is to make the whole journey as easy as possible. I take the stress away from you.
I speak English, Bengali and Hindi. Speaking 3 different languages gives me an edge, as it allows me to reach out to more customers from different backgrounds and make it easier for them.
