PAYG base income
Payslips
One payslip less than 60 days old and must show your 'Year to date' income.
Where the 'Year to date' income is not stated on your most recent payslip, please provide two payslips less than 60 days old.
Self Employed (Sole traders, company directors, partners, trustees of family trusts & subcontractors).
Tax return
Your personal ATO Tax Return (must be no more than 18 months old)
Managed superannuation
Fund statement
A current superannuation fund statement or transaction history (less than 12 months old);
AND
Bank statements
3 months most recent Bank statements showing regular income from superannuation fund;
OR
Agreement letter
Where income has not commenced, has not been received for 3 months or is to be increased, the future arrangements must be confirmed by a letter or client service agreement from the fund manager or the applicant's accountant.
Self-managed superannuation
Tax return
Audited financial statements for the most recent financial year (including profit & loss and balance sheet) and Tax return(s) (no greater than 18 months old)
AND
Statements
If payments are received weekly/fortnightly/monthly/quarterly:
- 3 months most recent Bank account statements (no greater than 45 days old) showing regular income from the superannuation fund; OR
Statements
If payments are received annual/bi annual:
Evidence of payment to account; OR
Where income has not commenced, has not been received for 3 months or is to be increased, the future arrangements must be confirmed by a letter or client service agreement from the applicant’s accountant or by the fund manager based on the analysis of the SMSF strategy.
Share dividends from publicly listed companies
Evidence
Evidence of current shareholding;
AND
Investment Statements
- Statements from investment manager or broker showing 2 years past earnings OR
Tax return
- The two most recent tax returns
Residential rental income
Untenanted property
- Rental appraisal from a real estate agent or licensed valuer.
Tenanted property
Any one of the following:
- Current rental statement or rent receipts from the Real Estate or Managing Agent; OR
- Copy of the signed current lease/tenancy agreement; OR
Tax return
- Your current ATO tax return
Commercial rental income
Lease agreement
A copy of the current formal lease agreement.
