Background information: Merri is a marketing, sales and PR professional, specialising in live entertainment. Prior to moving to Apollo Bay, she was Head of Marketing and PR with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra after returning home from the USA where she resided for five years working for Cirque du Soleil as the Marketing and PR Director for North America, in Las Vegas.
Merri is an active member of the community, participating in many voluntary activities, including previously being on the Committee of the Apollo Bay Seafood Festival and serving as part of the Apollo Bay Destination Leadership Group. She has a Bachelor of Communications from Monash University.
Background Information: Anna has previous experience as co-secretary and joined the Board in 2018 as she is a resident and customer that is deeply involved in the Apollo Bay community.
Background Information: Ian has worked as a Finance Controller and Administration Manager and a Freelance Financial Consultant. He was also Financial Director of an international company based in the UK for many years. Other roles include Company Secretary‚ Project Accountant and Administration Manager & IT Manager.
Background Information: James has been involved in many of the community's organizations as a member of the school council and the youth club and brings an awareness of many local issues that impact on our community. James enjoys connecting with people in the area and the board welcomes his contribution to the Community Bank®.
Background Information: Rob was the architect of Bendigo Bank's Community Bank® model and as Managing Director and C.E.O. of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank 1990 – 2009 among his numerous directorships are: Community Bank® Strategic Advisory Board‚ Community Sector Enterprises Pty Ltd‚ Community Sector Banking Pty Ltd‚ Bendigo Community Telco‚ Community Telco Australia and Lead on Australia Limited. He is also Patron-in-Chief of Community Enterprise Foundation and Patron of St Luke's Anglicare.
Background information: Georgina has several years experience in managing a medical practice. She joined the Board in 2015 to use her knowledge of the local community to benefit the outcomes of the Community Bank®.

Background information: Patricia has a background in finance and IT, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. She has over 20 years experience in management roles, has run her own business and was a board member of IACC in Melbourne. She is passionate about education and is raising her 2 boys in the local Apollo Bay community. Patricia joined the Board in 2016.
Occupation: Primary Producer
Background Information: Helen has had a career in education, across all sectors, including a recent stint in education policy for the state government. Her knowledge of risk management, governance, management and financial management will make her an asset to the Apollo Bay Board. Helen is interested in regenerative farming, ethical food production to benefit the community and in building the resilience of a community. Helen joined the Board in 2017.
Occupation: Business Management/Consultant
Background Information: Tim has 45 years of line/executive management within Australia, China, Japan and Singapore. He joined the Board to assist in the implementation of the Community Bank® model in the Apollo Bay district. Tim joined the Board in 2018.
