Occupation: Retired
Background Information: Ian has worked as a Finance Controller and Administration Manager and a Freelance Financial Consultant. He was also Financial Director of an international company based in the UK for many years. Other roles include Company Secretary‚ Project Accountant and Administration Manager & IT Manager.

Occupation: Executive Assistant
Background Information: Jane has previous experience as an Executive Assistant in the banking and finance industry in both Australia and London, UK plus as the Sole Proprietor of a conveyancing business. Jane became the secretary of the Apollo Bay Community Enterprises Ltd. board in 2018.


Anna Oesten-Creasey
Occupation: Lawyer
Background Information: Anna has previous experience as co-secretary and joined the Board in 2018 as she is a resident and customer that is deeply involved in the Apollo Bay community.

James Walters
Background Information: James has been involved in many of the community's organizations as a member of the school council and the youth club and brings an awareness of many local issues that impact on our community. James enjoys connecting with people in the area and the board welcomes his contribution to the Community Bank®.

Rob Hunt
Background Information: Rob was the architect of Bendigo Bank's Community Bank® model and as Managing Director and C.E.O. of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank 1990 – 2009 among his numerous directorships are: Community Bank® Strategic Advisory Board‚ Community Sector Enterprises Pty Ltd‚ Community Sector Banking Pty Ltd‚ Bendigo Community Telco‚ Community Telco Australia and Lead on Australia Limited. He is also Patron-in-Chief of Community Enterprise Foundation and Patron of St Luke's Anglicare.

Georgina Orchard
Occupation: Management
Background information: Georgina has several years experience in managing a medical practice. She joined the Board in 2015 to use her knowledge of the local community to benefit the outcomes of the Community Bank®.

Patricia O’Donnell
Occupation: Business Owner
Background information: Patricia has a background in finance and IT, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management. She has over 20 years experience in management roles, has run her own business and was a board member of IACC in Melbourne. She is passionate about education and is raising her 2 boys in the local Apollo Bay community. Patricia joined the Board in 2016.

Helen Masters
Occupation: Primary Producer
Background Information: Helen has had a career in education, across all sectors, including a recent stint in education policy for the state government. Her knowledge of risk management, governance, management and financial management will make her an asset to the Apollo Bay Board. Helen is interested in regenerative farming, ethical food production to benefit the community and in building the resilience of a community. Helen joined the Board in 2017.

Tim Grant
Occupation: Business Management/Consultant
Background Information: Tim has 45 years of line/executive management within Australia, China, Japan and Singapore. He joined the Board to assist in the implementation of the Community Bank® model in the Apollo Bay district. Tim joined the Board in 2018.

Janine Rose
Background Information: Janine has worked previously in the Finance, Property, Mining, IT and Tourism/ Hospitality Industries. She holds a Batchelor of Applied Science (Computing) and her work in this area has included programming, database creation and management process control, systems analysis, project management, systems technical analysis and training/education. Her current business interests include the Great Ocean Road Brewhouse (Apollo Bay), Queenscliff Brewhouse, Otway Estate (Barongarook) and Global Property Analytics. Janine has been a director since July 2018.

Ross Pedley
Background Information: Ross has a background in Finance and Engineering having held senior roles in the Automotive Manufacturing and Water Industries. Most recently he has been involved in regional public transport where he has been Executive Director NSW TrainLink and prior to this was Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer for VLine. He is a member of various professional organisations including the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kevin O’Connell
Background Information: Kevin has experience as an Operations Manager. He has project managed global projects designed to improve operational effectiveness across a number of different companies. He brings with him experience in assisting companies realise their corporate objectives whilst maintaining and improving their core values. Kevin became a director in 2018.
