Easy ways to pay for your insurance

  • Via direct deposit
    Make a direct deposit using the following details

    Reference: Your policy number exactly as noted on your insurance renewal notice
  • Over the phone
    Call us on 1300 557 155 (8:00 am to 8:00 pm weekdays AEST/AEDT) and pay using a credit card.
  • In person
    Visit your nearest Bendigo Bank branch. Find a branch.
  • Via your renewal notice
    Use one of the options outlined on your insurance renewal notice.
  • Via recurring direct debit
    You can pay monthly or fortnightly via direct debit.

What if I can’t afford to pay my premium?

If you experience temporary hardship and can’t afford to pay your insurance bills, please contact us on 1300 557 155 to discuss your situation and how we can help.

What if I miss a payment, am I still covered?

If you miss a payment, your policy may be suspended, and if you miss consecutive payments, your policy may be cancelled. We will advise you in writing before your policy is cancelled, to give you a chance to catch up on payments.

Can I pay by cheque?

Yes. Tear off the slip at the bottom of your renewal notice and return with your cheque (made payable to CGU Insurance). Mail to GPO Box 480, Bendigo, Victoria, 3552.
