NSW Shared Equity Home Buyer Helper

If you’re a single parent, single person aged 50 years or older, or a first home buyer who’s employed as a key worker, or meet the domestic and family violence criteria, you could be eligible for the NSW Shared Equity Home Buyer Helper with as little as 2% deposit.

Family Home Guarantee

VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS, ACT

With as little as 2% deposit, eligible single parents and single legal guardians will be able to enter, or re-enter, the housing market and enjoy stable living arrangements sooner.

First Home Guarantee

VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS, ACT

With as little as 5% deposit, eligible first home buyers, and people who have not owned property in Australia in the last 10 years, have the opportunity to purchase a property through the First Home Guarantee. 

Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee

VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS, ACT

Buy or build your new home with as little as 5% deposit through the Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee. Designed to help eligible buyers in regional areas own their own regional home faster.

Victorian Homebuyer Fund

VIC

If you have a 5% deposit, the Victorian Government will contribute up to 25% of the purchase price, in exchange for an equivalent share in the property, which can reduce your mortgage.
