My name's Wayne Squire, managing director of Plinius Engineering. Plinius Engineering is a structural steel company. Started out in the mid '50s doing small engineering, wrought iron gates and fences. It's evolved now into larger projects, structural steel, stadiums, schools, hospitals, that sort of thing. Hasn't been a, "No, you can't do this." There's always been a way to do this, and that's the difference.
