Sponsorships & Grants

Sponsorships and Grants

We are committed to supporting local communities

Yes, it’s time to feel good about who you bank with.

Our Community Bank branches give up to 80% of profits back to the community. We aim to develop long-term prosperity by supporting programs that help empower local individuals and groups within the local community.

Community Grants Program now open

The Board of the Inglewood & Districts Community Enterprises Limited is delighted to announce the launch of our 2020 Community Grants Program has gone live on the Bendigo Bank Foundation website from Saturday 1 August and will remain open for 12 months.

The grant program funds community groups or not-for-profit organisations to achieve a goal or purchase much needed equipment that will make a real difference to communities within our region. Previous recipients include the Inglewood CFA, the Men’s Shed, Inglewood Tourism and Development Committee, Eucy Museum and the Serpentine Play Group. Projects supported have purchased everything from vehicles to chairs and supported educational and community activities.

Murray Baud, Chair of the Board, said “Moving to a model whereby the program remains open for 12 months, enables Community Bank Inglewood & Districts to support community organisations when they require it, rather than just at the start of the financial year. COVID has demonstrated to us all how quickly circumstances can change, so we wanted to ensure our grants program provided flexibility in response to community need, as it arises.”

Community Bank Inglewood & Districts encourages community groups from across our service area to apply. Grants provide funding for projects that have a charitable purpose and provide broad community benefit.
