Equipping a community asset

You may not think who you bank with matters. But it does. For our customers, their banking is making a real difference.

Every day our customers help change lives, and save lives, simply by banking with us. Their home loans are building skate and sports parks, hospital wings and classrooms. Personal loans, business banking and credit cards are funding ambulances, rescue boats, disabled and aged care facilities.

Community Bank Doreen & Mernda were thrilled to be able to support Scouts Victoria's Camp Warringal with $9521.82 to assist with the fit-out of the dormitory accommodation after rebuilding the camp from the 2009 bushfires.

The camp is used by the Scouts and the public for youth leadership activities and events.

The funds helped with the purchase of bunk beds, fireproof mattresses and storage cubes to make the facility comfortable for visitors.
